HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR FIRST THERAPY
BE PRESENT
Take a few minutes before your therapy to focus on your breath for a few deep inhales and exhales.
PLEASE DON’T STAND US UP!
All reservations must be canceled at least four hours in advance. Cancellations within four hours will result in a charge to your credit card on file. You can cancel your reservation online or by calling us.
ARRIVE EARLY
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your therapy to check-in and get settled.
ENJOY A WARM NECK PILLOW
Upon arrival, relax with one of our warm neck pillows on your shoulders and take in the chai aromatherapy, which will help you unwind and find peace of mind.
HEALING TEA
