Bring Your Own Water
To reduce the risk of cross contamination, we will be removing our refillable water stations. Please bring your own so you can keep hydrated during your sweat sesh!
GET A GRIP
We require socks for our Barre classes. You can purchase Exhale grippy socks here or in our wellbeing boutique. Sneakers are required for HIIT, HIIT 30, and Cardio Blast. The rest of our classes are done barefoot on a yoga mat.
We provide props and mats for all of our classes.
PLEASE DON’T STAND US UP!
All classes must be canceled at least four hours in advance. Cancellations within four hours will result in a charge to your credit card on file, or a deduction from your series. You can cancel your class online or by calling us.
