From interval training to kickboxing sequences, our cardio program has been designed to help you burn calories, rev your metabolism, and achieve your desired results. Our Atlanta fitness studio hosts cardio-based classes, including Cardio Blast and HIIT 30.
Perfect if you are looking for an hour of calm or to improve your athletic performance, our four different Yoga classes at our Atlanta studio deliver exactly what you want to achieve. Find your perfect fit with our Recovery, Chill, Flow, or Power Yoga glasses.
