Please arrive 15 minutes before each class. If you are not present at the start of class, you will risk losing your spot to either someone on the waitlist or drop-ins who are physically present at the start of class. If a guest is late for their class but is within 10 minutes from start of the class, they will be permitted to enter the class if a spot is available. Guests are not permitted to enter a class more than 10 minutes after the class start time. Due to the format of the class, late entrants will not be permitted into Core Fusion Extreme.
Reservations are recommended for all of our fitness classes. Because they often fill up, ensure you get into the class you want by booking at least one week in advance. (Reservations open 30 days in advance.)
GET A GRIP
We require socks for our Barre classes. You can purchase Exhale grippy socks here or in our wellbeing boutique. Sneakers are required for HIIT, HIIT 30, and Cardio Blast. The rest of our classes are done barefoot on a yoga mat.
We provide props and mats for all of our classes.

All classes must be canceled at least four hours in advance. Cancellations within four hours will result in a charge to your credit card on file, or a deduction from your series. You can cancel your class online or by calling us.
