Virtual Fitness Frequently Asked Questions

No props? No problem! Our virtual teachers will work with what you have.

If your video is on, your teacher will keep an eye on you and call out verbal adjustments to fine tune your form.

Your first virtual class is on the house!

Virtual classes are only $10!

We are only offering single classes at this time.

To get started, you’ll need to create a new Exhale virtual account (separate from your regular Exhale account for spa therapies and in-studio classes).

Exhale has a variety of virtual classes including barre, yoga, cardio, and HIIT

The suggested props for each class are available for purchase (links included in class descriptions).

Zoom works best on the Chrome web browser or desktop app.

You may experience an occasional frozen screen during your class stream. If this happens, do not exit the class. The stream should resume playing after a few moments. However, if your stream freezes constantly, you may be having issues with the speed of your internet connection.

Before signing into your virtual class:

 

Check to make sure your device has all required equipment (steaming app, browsers, speakers, & camera)
Make sure your place in class has been booked (With individual passes or memberships)
Set up your workout space and gather any suggested equipment
Log in to your account 10 minutes beforehand

Yes, each person taking a virtual fitness class must book their own session. Purchase classes here.

If it's your first virtual fitness class, we recommend logging into Zoom 15 minutes before class so we can assist you if needed. Don’t be late - students will not be admitted five minutes after class starts.

Class bookings expire 30 days after the day they’ve been purchased.

Yes! You can Use an Exhale Gift Card to purchase virtual classes.
