All reservations must be canceled by 6pm the day prior to your appointment. Please make any changes or cancellations to scheduled appointments by 6pm the day prior. Appointments booked after 6pm the night before cannot be cancelled. If we do not receive a call, you will be charged 100% payment for services not cancelled in the time allotted. This charge will be applied to the payment method provided at the time of booking or another valid form of payment. You can cancel your reservation online or by calling us.

Cancellation policy must be stated to the guest at the time of booking. Confirmation calls are to be completed by 1pm the day before as a courtesy to our guests. This will allow the guest the opportunity to cancel or change without being charged. This will also give us the opportunity to book those open spots. The policy must be stated again at the end of the confirmation call.
Appointments booked after 6pm the day prior or day of cannot be cancelled. Guests must be informed that the therapy cannot be cancelled. If cancelled, the guest will be charged 100% payment for services.
If a guest does not show up within 5 minutes after scheduled time, call the number on file. If they are running late be sure to inform them arriving late may interfere with their appointment time.
If a guest does not answer, charge out the appointment without gratuity to the cc on file. Please make sure to inform the MOD of all no-show charges so that it may be documented. MODs - add to the guests' profile notes that they had a "No-show" on (date)
If a cc declines, try again later. If the card continues to decline, reduce the amount (i.e. discount 15%, 20%). This sometimes allows the card to be charged. Make sure to check "unpaid visits" daily. )
