As we welcome you back to Exhale locations, we are working to take necessary precautionary measures across all our locations in an effort to ensure a safe environment for our guests and associates. We're sharing some of the steps that we have taken in order to make our wellbeing destination a comfortable and restorative space for everyone.
Our air just got a lot cleaner. Based on recommendations from the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers and guidance from the WHO, we have upgraded our central air filtration systems. We have replaced filters with MERV-13 or the highest compatible filters to our units. Systems have universally been switched to taking up to 100% of outdoor fresh air. We have also taken the step of adding portable room air cleaners with HEPA filters to ensure that every breath is as clean as it possibly can be.
FITNESS SAFETY
Limited Capacity
Our class capacities will be reduced in order to comply with safe social distancing guidelines.
Fewer Classes
We will be offering fewer classes throughout the day to allow for extensive cleaning of both studios and equipment between classes.
Bring Your Own Mask
For everyone’s safety, we ask that guests bring and wear their own mask during classes.
Bring Your Own Water
To reduce the risk of cross contamination, we will be removing our refillable water stations. Please bring your own water so you can keep hydrated during your sweat sesh!
Class Format
All Cardio and HIIT classes are 30-minutes. We’ve removed our circuit style HIIT class to avoid shared use of equipment. In all other classes your spot will be clearly marked with stickers, and you’ll remain at one station in Barre.
Sanitation
A sanitation station will be available in the studio for you to disinfect your props and your stations. Our team will also be giving the studios a thorough cleaning before and after classes.
SPA SAFETY
THERAPY ROOM
All points of contact in the therapy rooms will be thoroughly sanitized before and after each spa therapy.
EXTRA COVERAGE
We will be offering a disposable face cover to thoroughly cover the face cradle during your massage.
THERAPIST SAFETY
Our spa therapists have undergone a sterilization certification course to ensure they are fully informed of every aspect of your safety.
PROTECTIVE GEAR
All spa therapists will be wearing a face mask for the duration of your therapy. We will be offering our guests the option to wear a mask throughout the therapy for an extra sense of comfort.
GENERAL SAFETY
SANITATION STATIONS
We have created sanitation stations throughout our space that will be fully equipped with hand sanitizer, gloves, and disinfecting wipes.
BOUTIQUE SAFETY
A reduced quantity of boutique items will be out on the floor in an effort to minimize the spread of germs. Gloves will be provided for those who would like to wear them while they shop.
LIMITED ACCESS TO AMENITIES
Guests should expect lessened locker room time, and limited access to showers and sauna. Keep an eye out for limited capacity signs displayed throughout the space.
LOCKER LIMITATIONS
We will be limiting the availability of lockers to ensure that everyone has ample space and proper social distancing is being followed.
