Take a few minutes before each therapy to focus on your breath for several deep inhales and exhales.
All reservations must be canceled by 6pm the day prior to your appointment. Please make any changes or cancellations to scheduled appointments by 6pm the day prior.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your therapy to check-in and get settled.
