Rachel Lee
Rachel Lee is a Registered Dietitian who received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from The University of Delaware. She completed her Dietetic internship at the College of Saint Elizabeth, where she also received a Master in Nutrition with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Nutrition Practice. During her internship she was placed at multiple in and out patient clinical facilities and got extensive practice in nutrition education counseling at the Johnson & Johnson corporate wellness center and at Shoprite. Rachel discovered her passion for nutrition when she was a child. She always had a love for cooking, baking and eating. She was also very active, playing field hockey and lacrosse for her high school teams. Learning how to balance diet with exercise is what sparked Rachel’s interest to become a Registered Dietitian. Rachel believes in the true meaning of the word diet: habitual nourishment. She looks at dieting as a lifestyle change rather than a timely restriction. She strives to help her clients learn mindful and intuitive eating so that they can make healthier choices that are sustainable. She also works with each client to personalize a diet plan that is based his or her nutritional needs and the foods they enjoy.
