GLOW BODY SCRUB
Polish your skin like never before with exhale’s signature body scrub therapy! Dry brushing and body scrubbing techniques are used in tandem to exfoliate and improve the skin while detoxifying the body and increasing circulation. A rich application of antioxidant moisturizer follows. It’s the perfect prep for a new season (or just a new day).
GINGER PEACH SCRUB + MASSAGE
A blend of freshly ground ginger, orange peel, raw sugar, honey and jojoba buffs skin before an invigorating Swiss shower rinse. The treatment continues with a custom full body massage, followed by a sumptuous wrap using a rich ginger butter. While wrapped in warm blankets, relax with a neck, shoulder and scalp massage.
SLUMBER MASSAGE
Transition into a deep state of relaxation. Our signature Swedish massage uses aromatherapy oils combined with hot stones and warm lavender compresses to calm your mind and body. Complete with noise cancelling headphones, enjoy a scalp and foot massage while you surrender to slumber for the final minutes of this therapy leaving you rested and rejuvenated.
COLORADO WILD ROSE CURE
Warm rose compresses calm the nervous system in preparation for a rose shea butter and wildflower body scrub. A lavender bath of essential oils follows. Relax with a custom full body massage using a rose geranium body butter.
SPA ROMANCE FOR TWO
Start with our signature Glow Body Scrub, then melt into a 75 minute couple's massage, followed by a Lavender Bath and Steam Shower Rinse. Prosecco and Chocolate Truffles included.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR FIRST THERAPY
BE PRESENT
Take a few minutes before your therapy to focus on your breath for a few deep inhales and exhales.
PLEASE DON’T STAND US UP!
All reservations must be canceled at least four hours in advance. Cancellations within four hours will result in a charge to your credit card on file. You can cancel your reservation online or by calling us.
ARRIVE EARLY
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your therapy to check-in and get settled.
ENJOY A WARM NECK PILLOW
Upon arrival, relax with one of our warm neck pillows on your shoulders and take in the chai aromatherapy, which will help you unwind and find peace of mind.
HEALING TEA
Before or after your therapy, enjoy a cup of healing tea. Choose the elements that speak to you with our signature blends: Energize, Ground, and Cleanse.
