Robert MacDonaldRobert MacDonald, MS, L.Ac., LMT - Director of Healing
Robert is exhale's Director of Healing and the founder of Intentional Health and Wellness, a practice dedicated to guiding people to their highest level of health through self knowledge and focused intent. He has been helping his patients recover from debilitating dysfunction and disease for more than 15 years. Robert initially trained extensively in deep tissue structural body work, various disciplines of energetic work, clinical counseling and hypnotherapy.It is upon this foundation that he build his work as a practitioner of acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Robert has a Master of Science degree in the field, and is board certified and New York State licensed. He has treated a wide variety of patient conditions in both hospital and clinical settings with a treatment style that is gentle and compassionate. Robert sees his skills and experience as tools to help his patients attain their highest level of health and functionality.

Sharón Bacigalupi Sharón Bacigalupi, MPH, MAOM, L.Ac. 
Sharón Bacigalupi is a nationally certified, Massachusetts and California licensed acupuncturist and herbalist, with a Diplomate in Oriental Medicine. She completed her Master's Degree in Oriental Medicine at the New England School of Acupuncture, an accredited school in Boston, and is clean needle technique certified. Sharón is extensively trained in both Chinese and Japanese styles of acupuncture, non-insertive acupuncture (where needles to do not penetrate the skin), herbal medicine and tui na massage. Her style of acupuncture is known to be very gentle and surprises even those who are initially fearful of the use of needles. Sharón has experience in treating multiple health conditions, some of which include acute/chronic pain, digestive disorders, headache, anxiety, depression, stress reduction, women's health and infertility. Having also achieved a Master’s Degree in Public Health, Sharón has the unique ability to integrate Traditional Chinese Medicine with her understanding of social and lifestyle implications, which often affect a person’s health. This background allows her to better assist her patients in achieving and maintaining their ultimate health goals.

 

Kim FosterKim Foster, L.Ac.
Kim Foster has a Master’s degree from the New England School of Acupuncture. She practices Japanese and Chinese style acupuncture as well as orthopedic acupuncture and Dr.Tan’s balance method. She has a passion for and has additional training in TuiNa (a Chinese form of massage) and continues advanced acupuncture studies with Kiiko Matsumoto. Her clinical experience includes women’s health issues and musculoskeletal disorders. Over the past 12 years she has studied and practiced various forms of energy work with Amy Skezas of Roselight. Prior to her studies at NESA she was an environmental educator, and has her B.S. in geography and environmental science. In her spare time she enjoys writing, cooking and practicing qi gong. 

 

Emily GreensteinEmily Greenstein, L.Ac., MAOM
Emily Greenstein is a graduate of the New England School of Acupuncture where she earned her Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She has studied both Chinese and Japanese styles of practice as well as Chinese herbal medicine. She has trained with Michio Kushi at The Kushi Institute, where she is certified in macrobiotics and shiatsu. In addition, she has studied Dr. Tan’s balancing method, Mary Elizabeth Wakefield’s facial rejuvenation and Kairos Institute of Sound Healing’s Acutonics. She has experience in treating symptoms such as anxiety, depression, musculoskeletal disorders, pain, infertility, digestive disorders and stress. Formerly, Emily was a macrobiotic and natural foods private chef and now integrates food and nutrition as core tools for healing into her acupuncture practice. When she is not working, Emily enjoys mountain biking, hiking and practicing yoga. Emily maintains the highest standard of professionalism and is certified by The Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine and The National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

Caroline Jung Caroline Jung, MS, L.Ac.
Caroline is a graduate of Midwest College of Oriental Medicine and holds Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine with a combined Bachelor of Science in Nutrition degree. She is nationally board certified and State licensed. Caroline brings to her practice a genuine warmth and desire to gently guide her patients toward a balanced state of wellness. Her upbeat treatment style and contagious enthusiasm inspire her patients to the highest levels of health and wellness.

 

Lisa Seaman Lisa Seaman, L.Ac, LMT
Lisa Seaman is nationally board certified and state licensed in acupuncture and massage therapy. A graduate of the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine, with an internship in Guangzhou, China, her treatments are safe, relaxing, gentle and most importantly effective. She also holds a degree in Marketing (BA), and advanced certifications (as both practitioner and instructor) in various massage and bodywork therapies. Drawing upon her extensive experience and education, Lisa works with individuals, leads workshops, and writes on health issues. She is dedicated to guiding people to their highest level of health, wellness, and connection to mind, body and spirit.

Jessica Ryan Read Jessica "Ryan" Read, L.Ac.
Ryan Read is an Illinois State licensed and Nationally board certified Master acupuncturist as well as a licensed massage therapist. She combines these skills to effectively treat both chronic and acute conditions. Ryan specializes in the treatment of sports injuries and pain management. Her use of massage in combination with acupuncture allows her to effectively treat conditions involving pain and stress. Ryan, an accomplished rider/competitor, also uses her healing skills treating nationally competitive, non- professional equestrians and is working to expand her scope of practice to include work with animals.

Sean Rachlin Sean Rachlin, L.Ac.
Sean Rachlin is a New York state licensed acupuncturist, nationally board certified by the National Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and holds a Masters of Science degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. He has a background in psychology as well as graduate and post-graduate training in acupuncture, acupressure, massage, and Chinese herbal applications for internal and external use. Sean helps each individual to achieve harmony in their body so that they may find relief from stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, musculoskeletal pain, dysfunction and injury. He also utilizes his experience with chi gong (energy conducting exercises) as another tool in teaching his clients to increase range of motion as well as to optimize, balance and sustain their energy in their daily lives. Loretta SooHoo Loretta SooHoo, MS, L.Ac.
Loretta is Nationally Board Certified and State Licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Washington State. She earned her Masters Degree in Acupuncture at the New York City campus of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 1997. Her experience includes a successful private practice, work with allied medical professionals in a variety of clinical settings and the training and supervision of acupuncture students. Loretta Specializes in the treatment of infertility, skin disorders, digestive dysfunction, fibromyalgia, pain management and stress management. She has extensive experience in the area of pain management and trauma recovery. Loretta’s treatment style is gentle and supportive. Her positive, patient focused approach is well received by everyone she treats.

Kathleen NoonanKathleen Noonan L.Ac.
Kathleen earned her master degree from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. She is both California and nationally certified in acupuncture and herbal medicine. Kathleen deepened her studies in China, and treated patients at, Chengdu University Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Kathleen integrates her knowledge of Oriental Medicine with nutrition, western herbs, supplements and energy work. She has a gentle touch that treats the root of disorder through an energetic approach that balances physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of disease. Kathleen strongly believes in patient education and empowerment as the foundation for success.

Joseph Recsnik, L.Ac.
Joseph Recsnik earned his degree of Master of Traditional Oriental Medicine from Emperor's College of Traditional Oriental Medicine in Santa Monica, CA and is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of California. With each of his patients, Joseph recognizes the inter-connection of mind, body, and spirit and emphasizes the necessity of treating the whole person; no matter what ailment is being addressed. As a practitioner of tai chi, chi gong, and yoga for 10 years, his treatment goal always includes empowering patients to become masters of their own health. Joseph's areas of specialization include pain management, depression and anxiety, women's health and traditional Chinese herbal remedies.
