John's classes challenge the practitioner to find balance between inner and outer experience, strength and vulnerability, stamina and relaxation, spirit and matter. He sees sequence variation as a vital part of his teaching style, yet recognizes that the ritual of practice preserves one's rhythmic alignment with all creation, and ultimately helps cultivate the true foundation of life that is Spirit and love. Expect to sweat and stretch your awareness. John is a certified Breathing Therapist, and is trained in Stress Management.
