Laurie LevyGrowing up an avid athlete, Laurie played varsity sports throughout high school and partly through college. Upon graduating from Rollins College in 1996, she found herself at a loss. Being a team athlete for so many years she missed the “team” experience. Then one day in July 2000, she took a class at the Debbie Frank Exercise Studio in Larchmont, New York, that changed her life. It was there she discovered her true passion for group fitness. From that day to present, Laurie continues to work closely with her mentor Debbie Frank.

In the fall of 2004, while still at the Debbie Frank Exercise Studio she began her journey with exhale. In 2006, Laurie left New York for the opportunity to be the Mind Body Movement Manager of the Boston exhale. After a wonderful year and great success in building the Boston program she returned to New York.

At present, Laurie Levy is the Core Fusion Coordinator at exhale headquartered in New York. As the coordinator she continues to teach full time as well as manage 400 classes, a staff of 30 plus teachers and oversee the general welfare of the program which includes both Core Fusion and Core Energy Flow.
