catherine hesse
Catherine was born and raised in Kansas where she began singing, dancing, and acting at the age of 7. While attending the University of Kansas, she came across a flyer for summer theater auditions in Boston, MA and hopped on a plane, unaware of how drastically her life was about to change. Since then, she moved to NYC, and has performed and toured, Off-Broadway, throughout Europe, and regionally. Catherine began working for exhale in 2003 as a front desk employee, and found a place where her love of movement and physical health, met and encouraged the exploration of the spirit and the mind, and found how powerful we are when we connect them.
Catherine is thrilled to be teaching Core Fusion full time and to have the opportunities at exhale that she has been given. She approaches her classes believing that passion and courage are driving life forces, and when you are courageous and passionate in your life, whether it be working out, or chilling out, you are really living! Catherine loves her guests, and is inspired every day by their will to work hard, play hard, and laugh hard, and their examples that when you take care of your spirit and your body, they will take care of you.
