Alessandra’s interest in dance, movement and physical challenge attracted her six years ago to the Lotte Berk Method. At the time, she worked in fashion special events in New York City and Lotte Berk allowed her to balance out her work and passion. It didn’t take long for her to realize that this effective bodywork would be her new career direction which to pursue. She trained with the Method and taught for four years in Connecticut and New York. She is excited to be part of exhale and further her knowledge and growth as a teacher.
