Holly has been practicing yoga since 1999 but teaching fitness since 1988 with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitative Medicine (with emphasis in Physical Therapy) and an ACE aerobic certification. She initially found yoga through physical fitness, and then grew her practice involving both soul and mind appreciating the many healing benefits yoga provides.
Holly teaches a vigorous and challenging vinyasa or flow class with fun and energetic music combined. The yoga she loves cultivates compassion, radiates calm, and celebrates play, and her teaching hopes to inspire these qualities in others. She teaches to all levels with emphasis on breathing, form, and practicing with ease. Her hobbies outside of yoga include walking with her two dogs, reading, cycling, and traveling.
