Jocelyn Rochelle Davis began her artistry in dance at age 15, studying at Henrico School for The Performing Arts in Richmond, Virginia. She went on to receive her Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree in Dance and Choreography from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her professional career started during her senior year in college where she danced on "Teen Summit" a talk show which aired nationally on Black Entertainment Television in Washington, D.C.

Jocelyn later moved to New York City to pursue her professional career even further. She has performed with various popular, folkloric, and modern dance troupes including; The Phyllis Rose Dance Company and Harambee Dance Company. While in New York, Jocelyn toured the tri-city area with the Pepsi Twist Dance Team. She has also worked with singer "Usher" during his DVD release party in Times Square. In addition to dance; Jocelyn has appeared on print ads for Nike. She was also featured in Dance Spirit Magazine. Jocelyn has taught dance at numerous studios and schools in New York and Chicago.

Her choreography consist of Popular and Modern Dance, Hip-Hop, and African dance styles. Jocelyn first received her fitness training from Lotte Berk Method in New York City. She has taught aerobic classes nationally at numerous studios and sports clubs. Jocelyn was one of the first lululemon ambassadors in Chicago to help launch their athletic apparel. Since then she has been featured in Chicago Magazine, Time Out Chicago, and Chicago Social magazines. Jocelyn is in a Personal Training DVD featuring Denise Austin.
