herbal cleanse

This seven day cleanse is intended to benefit people who are doing a colon cleanse for the first time, are relatively new to cleansing, or are seeking a mild form of cleansing.

$600 non-members, $500 members

The cleanse consists of the following components:

• the Blessed Herbs Colon Cleansing Kit™
• Blessed Herbs Friendly Bacteria™
• a 60 minute introductory nutrition consultation
• acu-organ detox therapy
• 60 minute fusion massage
• daily steams
• daily Core Fusion^®, Core Energy Flow^® or yoga classes
• a final 30 minute nutrition consultation to determine next steps
• 6 – 8 glasses of water per day for the duration of the cleanse

Your exhale Mind Body Coordinator will schedule all classes, therapies and nutrition consultations, in addition to guiding you through each step of the cleanse.
