Sarah SturgesSarah has over ten years of experience teaching group and private fitness classes.  From dancing to gymnastics, aerobics to marathon running, Pilates to yoga she has also been a lifelong health and wellness enthusiast.  She began teaching Core Fusion in 2006 and, soon after, Core Energy Flow which heightened her interest in yoga.  She has trained with yoga teacher and author, Rolf Gates, known for his expertise in the Power Yoga discipline.  Sarah’s 2008 trip to India afforded her the opportunity to teach and practice yoga at Ashiyana International Retreat Centre.  She has since returned to exhale to be fully involved in all areas of the mind body program bringing a deeper sense of awareness, acceptance, and gratitude learned throughout her travels east, back to the west.
